
Why I made this

life koji
It was going to be a warm day,
and I wanted something refreshing with a gentle acidity.
So I added mango to amazake
and made a light mango lassi-style drink
to keep things cool and easy.
Ingredients (1–2 servings)
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Frozen mango: a handful
Amazake: 2 tbsp
Water: 200 ml
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth.



Adjust to your style

For a thicker, smoothie-style lassi → add more yogurt
For a lighter, more drinkable texture → add more water
Easy to adjust depending on your menu or customer preference
