Recipe:Amazake Smoothie with         Banana and Medicinal Mushrooms

Why I make this

I don’t eat a traditional breakfast.
Smoothies work better for my mornings.
This one feels grounding and gentle.

Ingredients

  • Amazake -TB1
  • Banana-1
  • Medicinal mushroom powder TB1
  • Water or plant milk 250~300ml

(I adjust amounts depending on the day.)

Small note about medicinal mushrooms

For this smoothie, I use a small amount of
a medicinal mushroom blend I already have at home.

The blend is cacao-based and contains
reishi, chaga, and lion’s mane,
along with rhodiola, Siberian ginseng,
and brahmi (ashwagandha).

I use it in very small amounts forflavor and balance,
not as a supplement.

How I make it


I blend everything until smooth.
Nothing more.

What I noticed

  • Banana softens the bitterness
  • Amazake rounds everything out
  • It feels calm, not heavy

When I don’t make it
If I want something lighter,
I skip the mushrooms and keep it simple.
