This watermelon amazake is light,

Sometimes it’s a smoothie,
sometimes just a juice,
and sometimes… a frozen treat.

  • Watermelon: 2 slice
  • Amazake: 2 tbsp
  • Water: 1 cup
    That’s it.

3. How to make it


Just blend everything together
until smooth.

No cooking.
No sugar.
No effort.

4. How I enjoy it


Drink half as a fresh summer juice
Freeze the other half

Later, scrape with a fork
and enjoy it as a granita.
